Supply

The regions and medical supply centers are communicated through the organization’s representatives to arrange the supply.
Storage
If the manufacturer is local, it does not have storage, as the goods are transported directly from the manufacturer to the medical supply centers across the Kingdom. However, in the case of a foreign manufacturer, the goods are stored in the organization’s warehouses and are arranged for appropriate transportation to the Ministry of Health’s supply centers across the Kingdom.
Handling
The manufacturer carries out the handling task according to their administrative system, as it has an administrative system that takes into account all the correct handling requirements according to forms and documents documenting this process so that the Goods from them and work in the role of transportation and supply
Reports

Tracking
The manufacturer records all the batch numbers that were supplied, detailing the batch number and the region to which it was supplied, as well as the date of supply, quantity, and truck serial number (number The shipment) on an Excel file in case it is needed. The batch number is searched for and all the details for this batch are obtained. In the same way, it is done for the foreign manufacturer, and it is the responsibility of the depth of solidarity according to the distribution and supply of the goods to the regions.
Transport
Transportation is carried out from the manufacturer’s warehouses if the company is local, or the goods are received in the organization’s warehouses and then transported by refrigerated trucks that preserve the safety of the product and keep it at a temperature that matches the storage conditions indicated on Product cartons. The products are received by the medical supply warehouse superintendent for each region, in the presence of the institution’s representative as much as possible, and the temporary receipt bonds are received until the procedures for the financial aspects of supplying the region are completed, and then the transaction is submitted to the Ministry of Finance.
Administrative and official communication
